I found this video about 6 months ago, and was impacted enormously by
it. It was the first time I'd come across teaching that really felt like
someone 'got it', so I can't recommend it enough. It's worth taking the time to
watch, whether you're a survivor or not, as if you belong to a church, the
chances are you know a number of survivors, whether they identify themselves as
